PASS SHEETS are downloadable study materials. Once any purchased file has been downloaded, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. Digital information cannot be returned after it has been received. The exceptions below and your applicable legal rights still apply.
Before you download
If you purchased by mistake and have not downloaded any files, contact support promptly and do not download the product while your request is reviewed. We will verify download status and refund an eligible unused purchase.
When we will help or refund
Duplicate charges: we will refund a verified duplicate charge for the same purchase.
Delivery or access problems: we will help restore access or provide a replacement. If we cannot provide the purchased product, we will refund it.
Defective or materially misdescribed files: contact us with details. We will provide a correction or replacement where appropriate, or a refund if we cannot resolve the issue. Any remedy required by law remains available.
Exam results
PASS SHEETS are independent study references. They do not guarantee a passing exam score or include the FAA exam fee. An unsuccessful exam result alone is not a refund reason under this policy.
How to request help
Use our customer support page. Include your checkout email, order or receipt number, purchase date, and a short explanation. Never send a full card number, password, or private download link.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. Refunded purchases no longer carry permission to use the materials; delete retained copies.
Your legal rights
This policy does not exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be waived, including remedies for defective or misdescribed digital content. Where applicable law provides cancellation or withdrawal rights, those rights take priority.
