These terms apply to every PASS SHEETS download, including the free Latitude + Longitude sheet, paid bundles, and sheets delivered through a gift card or holiday gift purchase. Each gift purchase provides one personal-study license for the named recipient, not an additional license for the purchaser. Dronezilla LLC grants each recipient who accepts these terms a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, store, view, and print the provided sheets for that recipient’s own study and reference. Personal backups on devices the recipient controls are allowed. A free download, purchase, or gift does not transfer intellectual-property ownership or grant distribution rights.
No Pass Guarantee
PASS SHEETS are supplemental educational study guides, not a complete Part 107 course or a replacement for your main learning resources. Use them alongside current official FAA study materials and practice questions. Purchasing, downloading, studying, or using any free or paid Dronezilla product DOES NOT GUARANTEE that you will pass the FAA Part 107 knowledge test, achieve a particular score, receive a certificate, or obtain employment or income. Results vary with your preparation, understanding, experience, and test performance. The PASS SHEETS name, marketing descriptions, examples, and testimonials are not promises of exam success or certification.
Your preparation and exam costs
You are responsible for your study decisions, readiness, eligibility, scheduling, exam and retest fees, and compliance with current FAA requirements. Use these sheets alongside current official FAA materials and appropriate practice. The materials are not a complete substitute for official guidance and do not provide actual exam questions. FAA rules and test requirements may change. Dronezilla is an independent provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the FAA. Failing an exam alone does not establish a product defect or entitle you to a refund, reimbursement, or compensation. Our Refund Policy and any rights required by law still apply.
Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Dronezilla does not warrant that the materials will meet every learner’s needs, cover every tested topic, remain continuously current, or produce any particular result. This disclaimer does not override an express promise that applicable law makes enforceable or any non-waivable consumer right.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Dronezilla LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the materials or an unsuccessful exam, including lost income, lost opportunities, or business interruption. To that same extent, Dronezilla does not reimburse exam fees, retest fees, travel costs, or study time, and the aggregate liability of Dronezilla LLC and those persons for claims arising from the affected product will not exceed the amount you actually paid Dronezilla for that product. For a free product, that amount is zero. These limits apply regardless of the legal theory of the claim, only where enforceable.
Legal rights and enforceability
Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. Nothing prevents you from asserting non-waivable consumer rights, reporting concerns to regulators, or bringing claims that the law permits. If a provision is unenforceable, it applies only to the extent legally permitted, and the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent allowed by law.
Free regulation updates and corrections
If changes to FAA regulations affect information covered in your purchased PASS SHEETS, Dronezilla will revise the affected sheets and provide the updated files to buyers at no additional charge. Confirmed factual errors will also be corrected, with revised sheets provided free of charge. Updates will be sent to the email address used at checkout; contact support if your address changes or you need an updated file. This promise covers revisions to the sheets you purchased, not new or separately sold products. It does not promise real-time updates or replace your responsibility to check current official FAA guidance before flying.
Report a possible information issue
Contact support with the sheet name, the information you believe is incorrect, and an official source if available. We will review the report against current official FAA sources and correct confirmed errors. A report does not automatically establish an error; we will assess the relevant rule and context.
No sharing or reposting
Without written permission from Dronezilla LLC, you may not share files or private download links; distribute printed copies; upload the sheets, scans, screenshots, or substantial extracts to websites, social media, forums, messaging groups, shared drives, or public repositories; or provide other people access through your download or purchase. For a gift purchase, the purchaser may deliver the gift email and its private link only to the named recipient. This authorized initial delivery does not permit further forwarding, redistribution, or use by additional learners. Each learner needs a separate license. Sharing a link to our public website is welcome.
No resale or content-based competing products
You may not sell, sublicense, rent, bundle, translate, rebrand, or redistribute the materials or create derivative products from Dronezilla’s protected text, artwork, diagrams, or other original expression. You may not incorporate that content into competing courses, study guides, apps, question banks, or other commercial materials without written permission. You may apply what you learn in your own work and independently create original materials using public facts.
Keep downloaded materials private
Purchasers and gift recipients must keep downloaded files, private delivery links, and personal backups under their control, including files provided for free or through a gift. Apart from authorized initial delivery to the named gift recipient, do not share or redistribute them without written permission. The existing restrictions on using Dronezilla’s protected content in competing products also apply to gifted sheets. These content-protection obligations do not make FAA rules or publicly available facts confidential. Independently developed information, information lawfully obtained elsewhere, and information publicly available without a breach are excluded. Legally required disclosures and protected legal rights remain available.
No removing ownership notices
Do not remove copyright notices, attribution, identifying marks, or license notices to conceal ownership or facilitate unauthorized distribution. Dronezilla claims rights only in content it owns or is authorized to license. FAA materials, public-domain content, and third-party materials retain their applicable status and rights.
Permission requests
For team, classroom, training-provider, or commercial use, contact support to request written permission or an appropriate license before distributing or incorporating the materials. A standard individual purchase does not include those uses.
Violations and legal remedies
Unauthorized copying or distribution may constitute copyright infringement and/or breach of agreed license terms. Where legally permitted, Dronezilla LLC may terminate the license, revoke future download access, request removal of unauthorized copies, and pursue available remedies, including injunctions, damages, and recoverable costs or attorney’s fees. Remedies depend on the facts, applicable law, and court determinations; no automatic fine or guaranteed recovery is imposed by this page.
After termination
If the license is lawfully terminated for breach, stop using the licensed materials and delete your stored copies and backups. Ownership and content-protection obligations survive termination to the extent permitted by law. This does not remove non-waivable consumer rights.
Rights preserved
Nothing here claims ownership of FAA rules, facts, ideas, general learning methods, or public-domain materials. Nothing prohibits lawful independent competition, honest reviews, reports to regulators, legally protected disclosures, or uses that applicable law permits. Non-waivable rights take priority over inconsistent terms.
Agreement and policy changes
Accept these terms before submitting a free-download request, completing a purchase, or accessing gifted sheets. Gift purchasers accept the terms for their own actions and must identify the intended recipient; they cannot accept on the recipient’s behalf. The named gift recipient must separately accept the Download License, NDA and protected-content restrictions before the first download, without another payment or a promo code. Record the acceptance date and agreement version for each person. An email, link, or download alone is not represented as a signed NDA. This Download License was updated October 4, 2026. The version accepted for a download governs it unless a later change is separately agreed or required by law. Refund terms apply only to paid purchases.
